Skincare:
1- Do not touch your face (the more you touch your face the more dirt builds up on & in your pores)
2- Drink only water (I know it sounds crazy. its not & its not impossible. one day I just gave up EVERYTHING (to drink) except water. it was so easy after a month but you have to keep at it) THIS WORKS ps in order for this to be healthy do not give up milk)
3- Don't be afraid to go 'all natural' :) (the less your skin is exposed to harsh foundations the less its pores will get clogged up)
4- Clean it up! :) after a long day of school its best to clean off all the makeup left on your skin as soon as you get home
