Look at how angelina Jolie does her eyes. Focus more on your lids and don't go too heavy on the lower, mila kunis also has big beautiful eyes so those two would be good. Search some tutorials, mainly cat eye or a light smokey eye with lots of mascara!

If you're like me and get bags under your eyes, I know a great trick. concealer doesn't work great for me, so I get my eye shadow brush and lightly go under and around my eyes with my foundation. and I completely agree with Milso on the eye make up!
