Put it on your hair as a deep conditioner, put it on your skin for a wonderful deep moisture treat (it makes my tattoos look fantastic)! I also like to use it in my stir frys, or put it in my toast w some cinnamon on top. Yum!

I smother it over my hair, my face, my body my eyelashes my hands everything. I'm also using it 2 times a day all over my sunburn and it is turning to tan and not peeling so far!

I use it as a gentle makeup remover. Takes off even waterproof mascara. Great for hair and skin. Can be cooked with too.

I made a scrub with coconut oil, sugar and coarse ground coffee. I use it once a week and it gets rid of my KP entirely. Although, the original reason I got it was bc my trainer told me to steam my chicken with it and cook my eggs with it. Lol.

You can use it for everything from cooking,Condition your hair,As a all over Moisturizer you can mix it with sugar for a quick exfloation use a tootbrush for your lips,the Benefits are endless its packed with so much nutrients its been known to clear up severe skin conditions thats taking it orally 2 teaspoons a day if I'm correct but always double check the label to make sure its pure.

Coconut oil is great overall, you can swish awash in your mouth... Do not swallow... It takes out the impurities from the mouth, look it up.. I swear by it...

Good for the hair. Apply to your hair 1-2hrs before shampooing , even without conditioner ,your hair will feel soft and healthy.

EVERYTHING! you can do anything with it! face oil, body oil, hair treatment, makeup remover. you can even cook with it. It's a beautiful thing!

One thing to mention is storage. I like mine in solid form so I keep it in a cool place. When you use it would suggest using a spoon or spatula to get it out even if you are confident your hands are clean. I mix mine with water to shave my legs and it works great.
