I like it!! If you're looking for a more dramatic blue you should pick up anastasia lash and brow tint in blue. I use it for my lashes and a looove it! Its a bit of a dry formula, quite the opposite of maybelline's but its worth a try! Its a bit more expensive though ($20-22) but I laav it its worth it in my opinion.

Also, don't tug on your eyes like that it causes wrinkles.
