In the pic they're blue but some people eyes change color depending on different things. like my sister in law's eyes change from blue to green depending on her clothes and my brothers change from green to hazelish brown depending on his mood.

Eyes don't change color. Period. They may appear to based on reflections of the light off your surroundings and other things. For everyone who said something about eyes changing color.

Your eyes may look different colors based on light and what you wear. My boyfriend has brown/olive green eyes. They look green depending on what he wears but can also look a pretty light brown. My eyes look brown if I wear lighter colors but pitch black if I wear darker colors. It's not them 'changing' its the reflective properties of them. So your eyes may look blue now, but the color may vary depending on what you wear.
