After having shoulder-length hair for almost my entire high school career, I've decided to start growing it out. I've got very curly hair that tends to be dry, but I moisturize it very well. I already use sulfate-free hair products and have significantly cut down on applying heat to my hair. Is there anything else I can do to help my hair grow faster?

Just regular trims every 6 weeks or so. do treatments to make sure your ends remain healthy. if you use a lot of heat I would suggest layog back on it a bit. That's really all you can do. just takes time and patience. (:

I've been taking biotin and using mane n tail shampoo & conditioner for the past month and I've seen a difference in my hair. It has grown and when I use mane n tail my hair looks thicker and I have curly frizzy hair and it calmed my frizz and relaxed my curls a bit.

Trimming is just going to shorten your hair. If you don't have split ends them don't cut it. @aly c.

Biotin and put olive oil on your hair every night for a couple of weeks. Heat olive oil in the microwave for 30-35 seconds. Apply oil to your roots and ends. Flip your head upside for 3-4 mins for the blood flow to go towards your head. Leave in for 2 hrs then wash. This has helped me significantly!.
