Use a q tip and apply hydrogen peroxide to your teeth. Leave it for 30 seconds and then brush. You could also gargle with it, just be careful not to swallow it for obvious reasons.

@Alyssa A.-I do the very same thing but I pour a little on my toothbrush (after brushing) and do a quick brush with the peroxide. It works extremely well.
