I actually had the same predicament last week when I accidentally put on a lip stain instead of gloss at work and let me tell you the color was horrid. My boss told me I could remove it with our eye makeup remover and so I did. It came off great but a few hours later I had like 2 or 3 small pimples ON my lips (not on the edge or above... We're talking direct contact on my poor lips lol) so what I did was apply a mix of tea tree oil, coconut oil and honey and a dab of aquaphor and let that sit for a few hours at home and viola they went away :) but is your pimple directly on your lip? Or on the corner or something? Personally I think that the difference really will dictate what I end up recommending to you... please answer back and ill offer some more advice :)

Aw thank you jenna for taking your time to answer. & I have the pimple on my bottom lip on the edge like kinda touching my skin. but its kinda big & it looks embarrasing lol

Lol aww Darlene don't be mean I'm sure everyone was thinking it when they first read the post (I know I was!) but I've had small pimples around my lips before that were not herpes - just treat it like a normal pimple but be careful not to eat your acne products :P no but put a sulfur based mask on it overnight just on the pimple and it should reduce the swelling and dry it up fast.

Two words: Campho phenique
You can get it at your local drugstore. Walgreens Cvs. etc
I put it on with a cotton swab through out my day at home n its gone within a day or two :-) Hope I helped!

Dry that sucka out eith aspirin and water. also for spot treatment try murad acne spot treatment a little goes a long way and it dries my zits over night.

Could out be the start of a coldsore? if it starts tingling it could be that maybe thats what @dana n meant because it is a form of herpes
