Does styling mousse for hair is damageable?

I just wonder because I'm tryin not to put too much heat in my hair and tought about scrunching them with mousse sometimes could be a good idea but is it damageable to the hair? Pic included is the mousse I bought.

Nope, mousse is fine :] The one thing you want to look out for is bad alcohol's in products, that can really dry out your hair. I know alcohol sd and sd-40 are a couple that aren't good for the hair. Other than that, you've had an awesome idea to help your hair!

If it has alcohol it can be drying but its definitely nowhere near as bad as using heat products - your hair will thank you for laying off the heat.

Woo! you're good then! those ingredients look totally fine. Also, if you're being good to your hair..read the ingredients in your shampoo. You don't want anything with the word sulfate in it on that list.
