Help..will my hair grow slower if I dye it more ombré?

So I just dyed my hair ombré for the first time but I didn't use enough product and didn't want my hair to be too light either. but unfortunately it didn't come out light enough so I'm thinking of dying it again in two weeks so I wontdamage it too much.. Even though it will look cute I know it's going to damage my hair a lot. But before this I never used heat on my hair at all for a year..I have naturally straight hair and only curl my hair for special occasions.. So Other than that I shampoo my hair every other day, I let my hair air dry, use a wide tooth comb when it's wet and hardly ever use moose, hairspray, blow driers etc.
So my question is will my hair grow slower now that I dyed it?
What if I start putting braids in my hair everyday, use good conditioner for it, and use this other oil product with vitamins in it for my hair once or twice a week? (Ill post a pic of the product as well)

Chemicals aren't good for your hair so if you do that take care if it because it could brake off afterwards
