I heard fish oil helps stimulate hair growth. My hairdresser said it helped her hair grow a lot...but I was just wondering if you guys new anything about it?? Thanks :)

I heard the same thing as well..try it out..and if it doesn't help then it's not like they can cause damage to your health in any way :)

I take Haiinfinity which has Biotin, MSM, Vitamin A and B in it. I take other vitamins as well. THis is new to my regimen.
