Never been to ulta just wanted to find out what its like and what brands they sell. Is it just high end products?

It's a lot like sephora. They have isles where they sell the brands that you would find at a drug store, then in another section they have more expensive such as urban decay and Too Faced. It's pretty pricey, you might find specials from time to time.

Oh ok. I think I'll check it out tomorrow. I believe there's one close by my house. Is there MUA that work there to help match foundations for you like sephora?

Yes they have people there that test makeup that you would like, from the more expensive brands.
