How can I get a job at Ulta Beauty??

There is going to be a new Ulta by where I live and it hasnt been fully built. I was wondering what I needed to know to get my foot in the door of Ulta. I really want to work there and build my skills in later of becoming a make up artist. All comments relating to how I can do that is highly apprieciated!!
