I'm trying to grow my hair out , I was wondering if biotin pills are good and if anyone had any other tips for hair growth? ðŸ’‡ðŸ™…

I used alpecin caffeine shampoo, it like for men and helps stimulate hair roots and give hair growth like a spark of energy and make it grow faster, my option on this would be it does do something to my hair like it felt stronger and I it did make my hair grow abit faster, but bad points as it for men it really dried out my hair so I had use a really good conditioner. But to be fair nothing beats a good cut every 6 weeks

Biotin works so well. I drank a lot of water and exercised and that speeded up the process.
