Every other day (unless I run, like I did today. Then I was more) wash hair with Chagrin Valley Coconut Milk shampoo bar. Condition with vinegar rinse. Leave my hair alone to air dry. That's it! My hair dries with beachy waves though, so I don't really need heat. This is a before pick of my hair ( a month or so ago)

It sounds like the opposite of what you should do, but make sure you get regular trims. Split/damaged ends will hinder hair growth.

Also avoid using heat on your hair. If you really need to use heat for a special occasion, make sure you use a really good heat protectant.

The advice that regular haircuts make your hair grow longer is actually false! It's just info pple having passing along for decades. However, on average, hair grows approximately half an inch per month, so by trimming a quarter inch every eight weeks or so there is the potential for a net gain of four and a half inches per year. Cassidy is right by saying diet & health are a huge factor as well. Good luck!
