You can buy these little round gel things in most drugstores. You stick them on your feet wherever your shoes rub. They're great! I use them when I'm wearing heels.

I heard painting a thin coat of clear nail polish onto the offending area helps as well or you can buy special plasters for shoes that rub/high heels.

I put medical tape on the part where it rubs. Works perfectly. :)
