I have really dry, dead, over processed hair. I use a blow dryer and flat iron every other day. Right now I'm using tresemme split remedy to help fight split ends a bit and its actually working. Any other ideas on how to help my hair?

Best way is to trim your hair just one inch.

There is no repairing split ends, only preventing them. I suggest trimming your hair before your hair splits more and essentially trims itself
