I bleach my hair to much. Help.

Okay so I like dying my hair like a lot and I kinda over bleached it. Now it's really thin, dry, and kind of breaking off. Help?

Take a break from all the dying and bleaching for at least 3 months! Use coconut oil and argan oil to bring back some oil into your hair so it won't break off.

Go to the hair dresses and trim it, treat your hair with love for the next couple of months, don't use hot tools or colour it! Try and get it back to health!! Good luck!

Deep condition, and when it grows out, cut it..and honesty, stop bleaching!

My mom said to just dye it a solid! dark color & then condition it like how thoes ladies suggested (:

Stop bleaching it your hair will fall out dye it a solid color, you would look good with a dark brown!
