Hello!! :)
Does anyone know how to tousle thick hair? Preferably without tools!
Btw my hair is very short...pixie cut!

Maybe if you try to get waves naturally (without heat, tons of tutorial) then take some mousse you should get some nice tousled waves! By the way make sure the mousse is not super hard like a light hold mousse! Hope that helps!

I use tousle me softly on dampish hair then dry on low heat.
