Does anyone have any suggestions for a lipstick or lip color product that doesn't transfer. I'm getting tired of lipstick marks on things I eat and whatnot.

Tom Ford lipstick is the bees knees and most of the new Revlon Ultimate Suede lippies don't transfer. But if you want to make the lipsticks you already have transfer resistant just powder over them with a light pat of translucent powder or if you have a colour blush/eyeshadow in a similar shade use that for an awesome suede-like effect.
