It's a beautiful every day smokey eye!! To be more dramatic, I would put more shadow underneath the bottom lids, just on the outer corner :)

It's a great natural eye stephy but it's not considered a smokey eye, what you did is standard eye shadow look which you did nicely.A smokey eye shadow look is dark to light dark on lids to crease then fades out.Hope it helps :-)
