Moisturizer For Day With A Good Spf?

I'm having a combination skin and I would like to have a good moisturizer with an spf. How high spf do I have to have? I'm 17 so my skin doesn't have wrinkles or liver spots. Oh and the moisturizer should be under 20 dollars, but of course you can recommend something more expensive if you like :)

Neutrogena has some moisturizer that works well :) I have one with SPF 35.

Neutrogena hands down is a good drugstore buy...can't go wrong with that one.

I agree with Shelley! Neutrogena is amazing and doesn't clog pores which is great.
