Firstly, my hair is damaged from straightening it every day. I've always been cautious to keep the heat low and make the process quick, but the damage always sets in eventually.
Secondly, my hair is too short. Yes. It was fun for awhile, but I want my rock star mane back. I know that cutting hair or treating hair won't help with regrowth. Are there any suggestions on a good shampoo to stimulate the scalp? Or something along that nature...
Lastly, I have (almost) stopped using any heat on my hair. That means letting my hair air dry and learning to love the wave. Any suggestions on a shampoo or leave in conditioner that will give my hair a fresh look?
Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks ladies! ;)

I would go to a salon to get my hair thinned, trimmed, and texturized. Try biotin vitamins. Use Aussie 3 minute miricle. Use a heat defence spray. Try coconut oil. Good luck lovely. :)

Second, try Nywéle. Keratin infused oil treatmeant (picture attached) put the oil preferable on wet hair but only on the damaged parts and preferably the tips so the top of your head doesn't get too oily! Finally try Tres Semme deep conditioning hair clay. I think thats what its called. I tried it for a couple weeks and it did wonders!
Hope this helps! Good luck and remember itll take time but try your best to stay away from heating treatments!

Thank you ladies! I'm going to start researching those products now.
The aussie three minute miracle has amazing reviews. And for $7, I'm starting to love it already. ;-)
