How do I clean my beauty blenders safely?

I'm scared that my beauty blender is going to get ruined if I keep using dove soap to clean it! What's a good way to clean it safely without the beauty blender cleanser? (I have to wait a few months till I get money to buy it)

I just use baby wash. It's gentle and removes all the product.
