Where could I find a good brow powder & jel? I'm a begginner when it comes to filling in my eyebrows & I have no clue. Any suggestions or tips?? :)

You could try the wet n wild brow kit which is around $3.99, or the Elf brow kit would work great since you are barley beginning, and it is only $3 and available at target or online :) You could also try the Anastasia products or MAC cosmetics, but they are more on the pricier side.

I just epilate mine, and fill in with elf eyebrow powder, I don't need or use gel since I also trim my eyebrows.
Elf is a good one, wet and wild can be a good one to begin with

Because you are still learning, examine your brows and see if there are any sparse areas! You just want to fill that part in so it looks like you have fuller brows! I use a Mac pencil, but there are so many cheaper options out there!

Take a brush from a gel eyeliner and buy a eyebrow studio powder or something like this, then watch a tutorial on youtube from pixiwoo.
