Use a peachy colour to cancel out blue dark circles ( If you think of it like art with the colour wheel) using something like bobby brown creamy concealer is great, only need a little but it does crease so don't take it all the way up under the eye!

I use Mac's prolong wear concealer for under the eyes. Full coverage and you really do get your money's worth!
