I worked at Abercomrbie and one point in my life, so I know exactly how strict they are! I had a little bit of eyeliner, mascara, a bit of blush for some rosy cheeks, and Chapstick. The basics.

Bb cream and concealer wouldn't hurt either, but it's so dark in the workplace, I don't think customers would even see any blemishes. Lol.

Is hollister a clothing shop? I'm Australian we have like cotton on and valley girl and stuff like that over here! Most girls in those shops look very natural! So don't go to cray with the makeup! Wear the bare minimum, nice clean healthy skin, bit on mascara, brows, bit of blush, and just some lip balm, that's all I would wear!

If I were you I would loosely curl your hair with a wand and add hairspray then brush it out and for makeup I would put a bb cream on with a light concealer under your eyes and an almost bronzer looking blush on with a hint of mascara and a little eyeliner on your upper waterline / tightline

You know, once in awhile I'd throw on a light brown eyeshadow on my lid and a darker brown on my crease, but only once in awhile. The store I worked at were really on our booties about makeup. But that was like 4 years ago! Maybe times are different now! Haha.

Yeah sure! Girls in those shops always have radiant skin! If I had lovely skin then I would defiantly use a tinted moisturiser and just conceal what ever needs to be concealed! You American ladies are so lucky! We have no H&M paksun forever 21 and all that jazz! Come on Australia lift up your game! Good luck with your new job! Xx
