How do you do the swoop thing with eyeliner? And can you do it with a pencil instead of liquid eyeliner. I'm not good with liquid eyeliner.

Follow the line of the bottom Lash line! It will give you an indication of where to do the line! Use a gel line first with an angled liner brush to make it easier! Make sure you don't go to thick on the inner corner! It's hard to explain hope you understand what I'm saying.

I use a gel liner. Take your brush and go from the corner of your eye to the end of your eyebrow. It gives you a more "natural" cat eye. Some people say it helps to have your elbow resting on a flat/steady surface. I don't think it matters much. But I've been doing it for 8+ years...
