Eyeliner Meltdown Help!!

Okay So Everytime I Wear Eyeliner On My Waterline, No Matter What Kind I Use, It Smudges. And That Is A HUGE Problem Considering That I Already Have Dark Circles -.-
I Was Just Wondering How You Guys Keep Your Eyeliner From Smudging Throughout The Day...? Also What Eyeliner Do You Use?

I like Urban Decay 24/7, NYX slide on pencils or Maybelline master drama pencils. They last so long on the waterline! And I agree set it with a little bit of black eyeshadow. :)

Hi Lily,I use a eye primer on my bottom lash line to help prevent liner from bleeding off.Thier are so many eye liners that are water proof or long lasting the list goes on with the liners I use but I really like stila eye liner pencil or Sephora water proof gel liner then I apply a eye shadow the same color on the liner then it helps set.

I wore eyeliner on my waterlines for about 3 years straight. The only one that really works is Mac eyeliner pencil, without smudging, and covergirl 24h eyeliner.

The same thing kept happening to me so I had to stop wearing eyeliner in my waterline :( whatever brand/type it would just end up running down my face. I think I must have sensitive eyes.
