What I do on pimple or white heads. I know they say don't pop but I pop because I can't face walking around with one on my face. Basically I put zudocream on it straight after within an hour it's gone done a lot. I only started doing this about 3 months ago but I wish I knew it worked on me years ago! Defiantly give it ago. May not work for you but it does for me!

I put ice on mine then toothpaste and it comes right off.
