Tiredness sometimes indicated that from the eyes. So wear some really good mascara, it will enhance your eyes especially since their a pretty blue! Mascara is the lightest you can go :)

I would just wear some translucent powder to avoid shiny face, and a touch of lipbalm or lipgloss. You can wear brown mascara (or clear) if you want to keep it natural. Otherwise, just curl your lashes!

I'm not a big fan of foundation but you can never go wrong with concealer and some powder to prevent you from getting oily, then some tinted chapstick and if you don't like mascara then just curl your eyelashes:) also a little blush or you can pinch your cheeks so it gets a nice rosy color.

Just put a little cover up under your eyes to take away any dark circles you might have. :)

With the season of Summer, it's a perfect time to lighten up on the makeup. I suggest using a BB cream (I use tartes Amazonian clay BB), a powder (Rimmel Stay Matte), you still want color in your cheeks so go for a cream or liquid blush to make it last thought out the day(Cream- Maybelline dream bouncy, liquid Benefit Posietint), A waterproof mascara (mega plush my Maybelline), and you want a pop of color( I sometimes line my lower lash line with a summery cream shadow, like Maybelline color tattoo in edgy emerald), or if not go for a tinted lip balm (Maybelline baby lips in " Coral Crush)

You are already beautiful but you can try a bb cream that has an spf like garnier (I believe) it will protect against the sun and moisturize your pretty skin...good luck...
