I like my hair when I take a shower and let it airdry (curly) but I don't have enough time in the morning to take a shower and let it dry and I hate going to work with wet hair. I tried just taking a shower and then sleeping, but when I wake up the curls are not curls, they're giant puff balls of frizziness. No matter how much I wet them they will stay like that unless I take a shower (which ruins my schedule and my hair is soaking) or brush itout which makes it not curly and just frizzy. Any tips, techniques, or ways to sleep in my hair so it will be dry (or dryer) the next morning and still be curly? Thanks in advance!! Please, anything will help. :-)

How about making a really high loose ponytail which wouldn't get pressed between your head and the pillow. it helps!

Brittany, that makes my hair wavy rather than curly. Rashi, when I do that, there is a mark where the bow was and looks really awkward, it looks like a dent. lol.

That's why I said loose. also make sure your hair is not wet. you could also try a satin ribbon or something.

Okay, thanks. Where can I buy a satin ribbon?

Well, that I don't know coz I live in India and its easily available here. you can take a piece of satin cloth (which you could buy from stores that sell materials) and just casually tie your hair with it.

If you live in america you can buy ribbon at craft stores or even walmart.

If you have never read or been on naturally curly.com you need to check it out. I have curly hair like really curly and I learned how to deal w it from that website. its great I recommend it to any curly girl who asks how my hair isn't frizzy and puffy.
