Face and body is water based and leaves a nice Dewey look on the skin, it can be built up from sheer to semi coverage or mixed slightly with a cream concealer to give it a fuller coverage. I have pretty bad skin and have used it alone on my face and had pretty decent coverage.

I agree with Carolyn Mac face and body is the only thing that has worked for my dry skin every other foundation from mac jst makes it look cakey. It does have a dewy finish its water based but if you don't like dewy jst powder an it will give you a flawless complexion!

MAC face and body is the way to go. If you want to try some other brands I suggest Chanel Vitalumiere because it has Hydrabeauty moisturizer in it as well so its amazing! Vincent Longo Creme to Powder foundation is made of microwater that is injected into sea weed so it is very hydrating because this type of technology seeks out dry areas and hydrates them while keeping oily areas dry.
