So I got really burnt on my shoulders and upper arms today. Is there anything I can do besides using aloe to relieve it and help it go away?

This will sound odd but use mineral water or sparkling water at room temp. And put it on a face washer an Dab it on! It takes the sting out! I'm Australian I know about sun burn! Haha.
