Should I get a mac makeup artist for prom?

It's my prom next week and I was wondering if it was a good idea to get my makeup done by a mac artist? If you've ever had it done is it worth it? How much does it cost to go there store to get it done?

I wouldn't do that, it costs mostly lots of money and if it's dark, you won't een see it! But if it's for a special person, you may do it! That gives an extra reason! :)

Get it done at sephora instead, its only like a $50 min. purchase of product and theyll do it for you. So much better in value.

I would defiantly get it done it makes a huge difference. You can also maybe try some at department store like dillards and macys.. I got mine done for free one time at Dillard's.
