ok so everyone has videos of "how to make your hair grow faster", and i've heard 50 million things that can, but does anyone know and have tried for sure things that will help your hair grow stronger and longer? I know it won't happen overnight, i know it will take a few months to see results, but i wanted to know what vitamins, would help?? I've got Fish oil Vitamins, and i have biotin as well, but the biotin makes me break out :/ any others you ladies recommend? :) ! xoxox!

What really helps is having a healthy, moisturized scalp. It makes an ideal environment for hair growth. I use Castor oil and massage it into my scalp a few minutes before I shower then shower as normal and it made my hair grow almost two inches in a month! It WILL make your hair greasy though, but I think it's worth it. After you wash it twice the greasiness is gone and your hair is sooo soft and shiny!
I'm so sorry the biotin didn't work for you, it broke me out too :/ vitamins have never worked for me, but I haven't tried too many haha Good luck with everything!!

hey kiki...well as a stylist i would love to tell you of a magic pill that would work..but your right its just going to take you a few months to grow your hair..fish oil would be good.. amino acids are what form our hair keratin molecules (keratin is what our hair, skin, nails are made of) sooooo i cant express this enough , to simply eat a diet in amino acid rich foods will be a life changer for your hair...(but now that ive said the word keratin, pls dont go buy one of those 30day keratin treatments either,i promise that will just break your hair off...heres my video on why https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWcgx0Tyjfo&feature=plcp) anyway just try to have a healthy diet and i promise your hair will thank you for it:) hope this helps..xo sarahann

I've tried these vitamins called Pantogar. They worked for me when i had falling hair but you have to take three pills a day; one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner. It was hard for me to remember to do this but it did work. I saw success though only after about 4 months. And GNC does have the skin, nails and hair vitamins as well but those didnt really work for me. Wishing you luck!

I used hairfinity! Its pricey but my hair grew so fast! But an alternative would be the GNC hair skin and nails vitamins. Works just as well. Using JUST the vitamins won't be enough, using protective styles, sulfate free products, and less heat speeds it up! Eating foods with proteins, and omega g is great too<3 Happy growing xo

I like the coconut milk one from Organix, and the Moroccan Oil kind too. They all smell super good and don't contain sulfate! Also try using Extra virgin coconut oil, which you should be able to find at the grocery store. It's healthy for your hair, can help with growth, and a little bit goes a long way!! I just bought some a few days ago and love it! You can use it on your body too lol

To grow my hair I take biotin & I keep my hair clean & very moisturized. I wash my hair twice a week. One day I co-wash my hair (washing your hair with just conditioner) & the other I deep condition my hair with my natural oils mixed into it, let it sit in my hair for over an hour then proceed to wash it out using shampoo followed by conditioner. I massage jamaican black castor oil on my scalp after. I keep my ends trimmed & I rarely put heat in my hair. Everyone's hair is different, you have to find out what works best for you.

Washing your hair every 7 to 10 days helps, and also using coconut oil in your hair works. Also, the less heat you use on your hair the stronger your hair will become, so try wearing your hair natural. btw, do you have a relaxer? I used to have a relaxer and I grew it out by wearing weaves all the time until it was out, but wearing sew in extensions helps a lot, but you have to keep your scalp moisturized.

Im curious...Your only suppose to wash your hair about -10 days?? I did not know this i wash my everyday or even twice a day. Is this bad? or dose it depend on your type of hair??

Atiyah Y.
It depends on your hair type but washing your hair that much can remove some of the natural oils your hair needs.
