I love lancomes teint idole and laura merciers translucent powder but after a while it stopped holding up. I switched to laura merciers powder foundation it stays on all day! and its a powder and foundation so less steps((:

I love Revlon's Nearly Naked pressed powder. It feels so silky and doesn't make you have a cake face. I also have Rimmel's Stay Matte but I feel like if I use it all over my face it cakes up :/

Maybelline dream matte powder is working good for me and I have oily skin. One thing I do is... Before reapplying during the day I use some paper or regular tissue to get rid of some of the oil on my skin and keeps it from caking up. If y want high end then I agree with Hana, Laura Mercier's compact powder is the best I've tried and lasts a long time :-)

Tarte Smooth Operator. It's the only thing I've used so far that keeps oil away all day. The only area I need a touch up is my nose and that's probably because some of it gets wiped off because I've been having allergy attacks lately lol. But I love it. It's pricey and I'm sure you could get a similar thing cheaper but I like it because it will last a while and the packaging is actually pretty nifty. The powder only comes out through one tiny hole so its not super messy so you don't waste a bunch of product just by taking the lid off. It makes it really hard to overuse it which I love :)

Honestly I wasn't a huge fan of the Rimmel Stay Matte. it definitely doesn't stay on for 5 hours. Maybe if you use a primer underneath it will work better.

Revlon Colorstay foundation will stay on from sun up to sun down thru sweat and whatever else the day brings!--As for powder, Urban Decay makes the best! I have oily skin, so I use Urban Decay De-Slick. UD also makes a make up setting spray that will greatly extend the life of your makeup, making it look fresh like you just put it on come hours and hours later. Hope this helps! :)
