It comes out shiny and dries matte, it doesn't smudge or run, and doesn't crack. It's been fantastic for me and its a great price! I've had mine for close to 6 months possibly longer and still have plenty left :)

It lasts a VERY long time and though it says waterproof, it's not difficult to remove at the end of the day and still lasts me on a day at the lake.

Hands down I love the maybelline line stiletto I buy it in the color black and it does not flake off!! I really recommend it
