Okay so I have this huge hard red angry looking pimple that appeared a few weeks ago that was almost gone now its come back with a vengence and my whole chin feels achy and slightly swollen around the pimple. and I havent been picking etc.either. but makeup won't cover it well enough when I go out.
I pretty much always have good skin so I don't know what to do! 
HELP!

Clean & Clear has a good acne cream called Persa Gel-10. It's help dry up my breakouts pretty fast. And it's only about $5-10 dollars.

It could be a cyst... I would see a dermatologist
