I think a basic black top or white would look good , maybe like a high-low basic top becasue you already have something with a print in it so you don't wanna make it look too cray cray :p :)

Since the bottoms are a loud print, don't go overboard with a printed/graphic shirt. Maybe try a white flowy tank with a leather jacket or oversized cardigan.
