How do you use pencil eyeliner? I've watched many videos and tried many tutorials, but I can never seem to get it right. Tips are appreciated too.

I use it on my water line or the time. you can use it like youre drawing and you have to be steady with it. its very easy to control!

To make it smokey draw a medium hardness line on the lash line (keep it rather thin) and take your ring finger and rub it lightly over. Line the waterline by simply coloring the inner lower lashline. Tightline by lining the upper inner lashline. Also! If you want lighter, less intense looking soft lines use and angled brush and put some liner on the brush! Hooed this helped!

I use gel eyeliner on my waterline cause its so long lasting and vibrant. So I mainly use pencil eyeliners as either color bases or on my lower lash line (cause my eyes water a lot)
