No itll lookfine :) I'd recommend you wear a yellow toned foundation to counteract the red :)

I wouldn't unless you have to go somewhere. Maybe a BB cream? And apply aloe or a cooling moisturizer.

Maybe try tinted moisturizer? Foundation over sunburn always turns out cakey for me.
