A simple white tee would work. The skirt looks short so a tank top would show too much skin (in my opinion). But since the skirt is a pattern, keep the top simple

I have this and I usually wear it with a black lace crop top or like a white shirt or even like a long sleeve tight navy black white grey or pink shirt.
