Want to know where someone got milani for a dollar..it is higher range for drug store.
my best bet is sale sections at sephora. plenty of eyeshadow, gloss, etc.for $2-5 for singles and palettes for $7-$11

I got it from a dollar store in fremont CA. in LA I found physicians formula! its pretty crazy what you can find in there sometimes. sometimes... lol.

Wet n Wild has awesome 8 pan eyeshadow palettes for like $5, Elf makes an awesome $1 eyelid primer and has a $1 eyeliner pen (but they lied it's not waterproof haha), Maybelline has awesome cheap mascaras. :)

Drug store makeup is ok sometimes. Here are some of the products that worked for me, Rimmel London's Stay Matte pressed powders, Wet N Wild lipsticks, NYC liquid eyeliner, Wet N Wild Mega Liner in turquoise, NYC Sparkle eye dust, Wet N Wild gel liner, Revlon Colorstay Foundations, Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed powders, Revlon PhotoReady primers, L'Oreal studio secrets anti-redness primer, Eco Tools brushes.

Some elf products suck a$$. I hate elf. Their eyeshadow are so powdery, their liquid liner is so watery/runny. Ugh!

Lol diggie that's so true. I wouldn't buy any of there eye shadows, the things I love is their brow gel and powder duo. I also really like their 3-in-1 mascara, it's great, and their shimmer whip which is only a dollar and when blended out is almost as good as benefits high beam! Their blushes aren't too bad either.
