A liner that's rich in color will look great.

I think thick eyeliner can make my eyes look a little smaller, since the lid isn't as visible. You could also try lining the bottom of your eyes (I'd suggest pencil or powder) to make them appear slightly smaller!

I feel you girl I have big eyes too >_< but I still wear eyeliner try putting some on the bottom and top if you want you can wing it out a lil bit to make your eye a lil less round
