A cheaper alternative to proactive is acnefree does the exact same thing to me I love it it cleared my acne!

I had terrible acne and proactive did not help at all! It made it a little less but overall it was bad!! Acne runs in my family as well... What worked for me is very very potent benzoyl (I think that's what it's called) and eating healthier! Goss makeup artist or Wayne goss has a good video on acne as well! He slathered on oxy from the drugstore and the acne subsided.

Proactive can work miracles for some people, but its not the best solution. it can make yoyr skin break out even more than before. your face could actually be come addicted to it, so that if you stopped using it your face would go crazy and look worse than before. so I suggest doing a little bit of research on it and make your final decision.

I use lea-anti acne gel from fitofarm,it has alcohol and helps to dry the acne and doesn't let the bacteria get in.Please try it.
