I have bleach and straightened my hair a lot in the past and my hair is really dry and breaking. I was wondering what at home remedies I can try that will help my hair and repair all the damage?!?!

Trim every 3 weeks. Sounds excessive I know but any split ends you have will travel up the hair shaft and cause more damage in the end. Deep condition once a week to make the hair appear more healthy and "hold" splits in between trims.

Trimming every 3 weeks is kind of excessive. You should only trim your hair when it needs to be trimmed. So exam your ends if they need to be cut then cut them and if they don't then don't. Otherwise you're just cutting off healthy hair and losing length.

Argan oil, focus on your ends and where breakage is the worst. A coconut oil and mayonnaise hair mask will also help add protein. Just slather it on your head and put a shower cap on before getting in the shower, the heat will help it penetrate. Also, use a conditioning cleanser instead of a traditional shampoo. Look for keratin boosting products. Hope this helps!
