Help! Blotchy dry red skin.

I woke up yesterday and my skin on my face was blotchy and red and itchy. I think it's dryness but it could be allergies so a took an antihystimean and it did nothing. I put lotion on and it went down a little but is still in flamed. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah and I just started using proactive

Proactive is like a bleach so ir skin could be reacting to it.
