Before cosmetology school my hair was so healthy now...it's fryed dyed layed to the side and I don't know how to get it back to being healthy I've tryed so much. not to mention it's so fine ughhhhh help?

Yeah used virgin coconut oil. You can get it at some Walmarts or any health store. Do deep conditioning treatments with it.

You can pick up a jar of organic coconut oil at your local grocery store. I always take just a tiny little bit and warm it between my palms, then apply it to the ends of my hair. you can also look up on YouTube how to do a hair mask with it.

Definitely use coconut oil or olive oil as treatments. The best thing you can really do to make sure it gets moisture is to leave it alone (no heat tools) and to limit washing to at most every other day.
