I agree with Betsy put white eyeliner on your waterline I recommend wet n wild eyeliner pencil. Curl your top and bottom lashes and coat it with any mascara. You have a beautiful eyecolor! Hoped this helped you.

Mascara and black liner on your top lashline and waterline. White on the waterline will make em look bigger, black will make it look more dramatic/defined. :)

Use brown eyeliner and mascara! brown brings out the blue and is great for a minimalistic look.
